8. SPECIFIC PRODUCT AND POPULATION WARNINGS
- GLP-1 / GIP / Glucagon Receptor Agonists (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide): These products are not appropriate for individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), pancreatitis, gastritis, or certain other conditions. They must be used under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider. Compounded versions of these agents are not FDA-approved and are subject to evolving regulatory guidance.
- Sexual Health Medications (Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Vardenafil, PT-141): PDE5 inhibitors, including Sildenafil and Tadalafil, are contraindicated in patients taking nitrates or nitric oxide donors and in patients with certain cardiovascular conditions. These products must be used only as directed by a prescribing physician. PT-141 (Bremelanotide) may cause nausea, flushing, headache, and transient increases in blood pressure.
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone): Hormone replacement therapy carries known risks, which vary based on individual medical history, duration of use, dosage, and route of administration. Only pharmaceutical-grade methylene blue should be used. Industrial or aquarium-grade methylene blue contains heavy impurities and is not appropriate for human consumption.
- GHK-Cu Injectable: Injectable GHK-Cu is not appropriate for individuals with copper overload disorders or active cancer. Systemic copper exposure should be monitored in individuals undergoing injectable protocols.

- DISPUTE RESOLUTION — Informal Resolution.
