Your Prescription Gateway
PDE5 inhibitors are prescription medications with important safety considerations. Do not use if you take nitrates (“poppers” or nitrate heart medications) — the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your provider about any heart conditions, blood pressure medications, and all other medications. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours or sudden vision or hearing loss.

Subscription Renewal
You will receive a renewal notification **two weeks** before your subscription renews.
Weight Loss Subscriptions
– You’ll receive a renewal email two weeks before your renewal date.
– Click the **renewal banner** in the email to access your reassessment in the Patient Portal.
– If you’re already on the homepage, go to **Take Reassessment** to complete the process.
Peptides
– Peptide subscriptions renew automatically.
– You can view your next refill date by logging into your account and navigating to **Account > Subscriptions**.
– Make sure your payment method on file is up to date to avoid any interruptions in service.
All Other Products
– To refill, simply place a new order through your account.
– Once submitted, your order will be sent for doctor review.
– After approval, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for processing and shipping.
How to Pause/Delay/Cancel Your Refill
You can easily delay refills for subscription-based products directly through your Patient Portal. Non-subscription products do not require any action to pause — simply order again when you’re ready.
Steps for Weight Loss, Peptide, Hormone Subscriptions
1. Go to the **Home** page.
2. Under **My DefyAge Portal*, select the subscription you want to adjust.
3. Click **Manage Subscription**.
4. Click **Delay Refill**.
5. Choose your preferred new refill date.
6. Click **Update Refill Date**.
### Important Information
– You can delay a refill for a maximum of **30 days**.
### Additional Notes
– For all other (non-subscription) products, no action is needed to pause. Simply place a new order through your account whenever you’re ready to continue. If you cancel a prescription, you will need to do a reconsultation with the health care provider, which will incur a small consult fee if you choose to restart at a later date.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription up to 48 hours before your next renewal date.
DUE TO PHARMACY REGULATIONS, medications that have already been prepared or shipped cannot be refunded or returned.
Steps
- Go to the Home page in your DefyAge Portal.
- Select the subscription you would like to cancel.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Select your reason for canceling.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Important Information
- Medications that have already been prepared or shipped are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

How to Cancel a Recent Order
If you’ve recently placed an order, contact our Support team immediately to request a cancellation. Please note that cancellations may not be possible once processing has started.
Important Information
- Orders that are successfully canceled may be eligible for a refund, minus a $125 administrative fee.
- Once an order has begun processing, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
